Google Search engine company  has launched a special feature, named Accessible Places, keeping in mind the Divyang. Disabled people will get information on wheelchair friendly location on Google map. Apart from this, the disabled will also be able to find out which hotel or restaurant has wheelchair entry facility. Currently, the feature has been released in Australia, Japan, the UK and the US. It is expected that the company will soon release this feature in other countries.

120 Million Local Guide Helps

Google says there are about 130 million disabled people who are currently using wheelchairs. In such a situation, our latest Accessible Places feature will be very useful for those users. Through this, wheelchair users will get information about sitting at home, which are the suitable places for wheelchairs around them. The company has further said that about 120 million local guides have helped us prepare this feature.
